Ainong Plastics has officially begun warehousing in the United States! Our new facility is located in Ashland, VA, and will continuously hold inventory throughout the year that can either be picked up or delivered to your door.
As we grow and progress with this new program, we will be sending out monthly inventory lists to those who are signed up for our newsletter. That way, you’ll always know exactly what is currently stateside and available for purchase right away.
If there are any items that you’d like us to stock, please do let us know! We’ll get them out and to our warehouse here in the US on the soonest container available. Reach out to your regional rep to put in a request!

Ainong Unveils New Items at Cultivate ‘19

Ainong is proud to announce our new ‘Naturals’ line! First debuted, at Cultivate 2019, Ainong now carries hanging baskets in Coco, Peat Moss, and Wicker.
Coco fibers are produced as a waste byproduct of coconut harvesting, making them both a fun and sustainable option. We source our coco fibers from Southeast Asia, from farms in Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand and India. And it doesn’t just come in a basket – we have wall planters too!
Our peat moss baskets come in 12 to 18 inch sizes, and will blend right in with greenery for the classic natural look.
Our Wicker baskets are available in both cone and round forms, and offer a natural look with a unique, woven design. Resistant to mold and water, these lightweight baskets are perfect for any landscape.
With three new organic materials to choose from, our wire hanging baskets are sure to add a touch of rustic charm to any garden.
We are also excited to announce a new Premium line item: our compression-formed decoratives. This method of production results in a sturdy decorative pot without sacrificing any elegance. Fitting Your Needs for Automation and Versatility

For Spring 2019, we created a 10-06 insert and flat. We succeeded in making a well-designed product that is convenient for automation. Our improvements include ramps for tag insertion (saving time and money on labor), easy-to-tear packs, and superior drainage. We specifically developed the tray with Lowe’s growers in order to match the rigorous specifications and requirements for big box programs. Finally, the insert and flat can be produced in a wide variety of weights to suit our clients’ needs and budgets.

The 17” x 17” flat is a classic for a reason—it is multifunctional and universal. For this reason, we decided to produce our own, high quality version for the marketplace we call the “IMFT1717”. Our 17” x 17” conveniently fits different combinations of pots, including 62 2” pots and 16 4” pots. Finally, our version adheres to industry-standard dimensions.
IMPT-288 and IMPT-112
Automation has increasingly become present in our industry so we have been evolving our product line to match our growers’ needs. Accordingly, we created the IMPT-288 and IMPT-112 for automated propagation. Both trays are compatible with ISO-machines, Visser machines, Agrinomix machines, etc. These heavy-duty, robust trays are suitable for reuse.

Ainong Expands Into Injection Molding Market

Based off of customer needs, Ainong has added a new product base into the mix. Our factory has imported the international advanced high - speed injection machine, and it has passed all quality checks and tests successfully. As the first of it’s kind in China, we hope it will help to innovate the market as well as save on production costs. The machine works faster than standard injection machines. It only takes in a high grade plastic for durability, which enables the product to have thinner walls and save on raw material costs. In our newer factory space, which will be opening up in 2016 (23,000m2 of production space!), we plan to bring in new machines rapidly to meet the growing needs of customers. The first line of product that we’ve delved into are 10” and 12” hanging baskets, and are all available on the product page for your viewing. The multi-step pressure thermo-forming pot and printing equipment imported from Germany/Holland have officially begun massive production! Demand has already begun for the 6 color printing capabilities with crisp quality, and we’re excited to offer our clients more brand power and customization. Our factory’s technology is now a market leader in China – in fact; this machine is the first and only one of it’s kind so far. Below are the pictures of the equipment working.
